A customer had glasses made at our Desa ParkCity branch, and we recorded their vision as 6/6 (normal). Two years later, their eyes felt uncomfortable and their sight turned blurry. Remembering that we kept a record, they came back. Their vision was now 6/9. Because we could compare the two records, we knew something had changed and referred them to an eye doctor straight away. The doctor found a retinal hole, and the customer had surgery. Afterwards, the customer called us to say thank you.

Your report looks at the health and performance of your eyes, not just whether your degree went up or down. We keep it on record for the long term. If your eyes change, we can pull it up and compare, which makes it easier to find the root cause. If something has changed, we'll advise you to see an eye doctor.
